Family Business
Three decades later, we remain a family business at heart. The second generation— Dragana and the late Dushko Chifliganec — have lead our expansion into new markets, bringing fresh energy while honoring the principles that built our reputation.

Honoring the Leader behind Ivory
Ivory was born from the vision and passion of Dushko Chifliganec, who led this project from its very first concept. His dedication to bringing Adora's excellence to Ljubljana and his commitment to creating something truly special in Slovenia guided every decision in Ivory's development.
Though Dushko is no longer with us to see Ivory come to life, his vision lives on in every detail of this remarkable building.
Dushko believed that every project should leave a lasting positive impact on its city. Ivory is his gift to Ljubljana - a legacy of quality, innovation, and community that will serve families for generations to come.
